I’ve finally found what was causing all the delay… It’s a JavaScript a part of some Coppermine Plugin that was missing, which was causing the site to crawl to a 30 second page load times… Damn it! well it’s fixed now! On the other hand Russian encoding is acting retarded for some KVN posts, sorry for that…
