and now I know two things from this experience:
1. Do not panic if your site doesn't work. (you might break it even more)
2. I know how to rebuild mySQL database now.

Update:
After installing clean copy of pmachine, I realized that there are no problems with my site, fresh copy of pmachine failed exactly in a same manner as this site.
So where is the problem? ring, ring, my provider….

Due to some unfortunate happening in my life, I've decided to take a short break from bloging. At the present state I am unable to provide any interesting inputs, nor feel like… just very sad.
